Brayden LOVES to "help" in the kitchen. And because I'm a decent mom, I turn the beater off before I let him lick them :)
Kylee in what we deemed our "redneck pool" this summer! We have a VERY small patch of grass in front of our shed....and we use it well!

George even got in the pool with the kiddos. I won't lie-I did too. And yet I'm nice enough to NOT post a picture of me in there :)
We took a day trip to Talkeetna in July. The kids had fun throwing rocks in the river.

This would be climbing the last little bit. I had no idea that it was that steep and rocky.....which is why I probably would never go with a baby on the front of me again!
In the beginning....the coolest trees ever! Kids could totally play tag/hide-and-go-seek/etc under them!

Believe it or not, Kylee really loved this hike! She even fell asleep for a good portion of it!

Heidi you are so cute!! I loved reading your posts . . . and I am glad you are back on the blogging circut! I love all your pictures of your summer adventures! I can't wait to do another playdate! Let me know when can get together. We love you guys - You have such a beautiful family!!
